    As title states. working on piecing together a r180 swap. figured id start here being its the cheapest part.

    let me know what u have and for how much.

    will a auto one work the same as the sti one?

    i have one out of a auto leggy. i think it was.

    hmm ok i thought the sti one was built a little better i could be wrong.

    the 5spd mt is longer i believe
    we've used auto driveshaft on 6spd swaps before.

    yea with a r160. but with a r180 isnt that a diff length then the r160 or is it just beffer gears in a bigger ass end housing.
    also isnt the flange wrong for a autoshaft on a r180

    LOL oh yea, Fuji's r180 uses a different flange, haha

    The auto driveshaft is the same length as the STI driveshaft. However, you are correct about the flange. You can either swap the flange (make sure you get the right torque spec) or just drill properly spaced holes to accept the driveshaft you have. The driveshaft will center itself on the diff flange to make it easy for you.

    well being i have 2 drive shafts (one stock wrx one auto leggy) im sure i could sell both and make enough to just buy the correct one lol

    I remember fuji saying you can take the flange off the r160 and bolt it onto the r180 and it'll be fine.

    yea u can do that but i figured just getting the right drive shaft would be eaiser.
