    My moms audi has that and ive seen maney others with it too. Never seen it on a subaru.

    It's an EDM/JDM thing. We don't get cool stuff like that. You could probably order it from Japanparts though.

    that's an eurpeon STi. alot of european subarus have that and explains why the euro subarus have holes in their front bumpers.

    here's a p1...it has water sprayers on the bumper but of a different style.

    well I just got back from Holland and Iceland.
    (and about a month ago I picked-up a used set of sprayers
    for a BD, from Europe. A new tank w/pump, switch, and 2 sprayers.)

    (ya, its not the same as the video, but these are still cool!)
