InDesign rules doesn't it? Waaaay better than f'ing PageMaker's last iterations. And of course better interoperability with Photoshop and Illustrator are nice too...
Layouts look nice, but I think you've gone a bit font crazy. That swoopy cursive font makes it look too busy. I seem to remember a hint from years ago that you shouldn't use more than two or three fonts on a page. And yeah, the second one looks like a real magazine cover with the copyright and issue info on it. Nice price, too I'd subscribe. Stuart.
I couldnt get the subaru font to work, I suck at installing stuff on OS X. Otherwise i'd have changed the main copy and tag to the subaru font. I'm in grad school for advertising at Miami Ad School, so its one of my classes.
Looks nice. I'm still stuck on an old version of Illustrator. I haven't had time to learn anything new. You can try adding a barcode to the cover, that always helps make it look a little more "real".
would be so sweet if some1 actually makes this and disturbutie this locally.. maybe like a mag every 3 months or something til we get much more ppl
