I think that after I dig my car out I just may have to go find me a place to play in the snow! Come one come all to the Rochester snow-covered parking lot races!

Dammit, don't snow here until I pick up my car!! I just bought an 07 WRX and can't wait to get back into an AWD. I had a 97 Mitsu GSX a while back that got me addicted to AWD.

To the noobs who are driving their first AWD cars this winter:

Do not drive like you have as much traction as you did this past summer. You will hit curbs, trees, light poles, mailboxes, fire hydrants, other cars, living creatures, potholes, etc. and your bank account won't like it very much.

Just be careful out there on the slippery roads. AWD can help get you out of trouble quicker than a FWD or RWD car but your car has as much traction as everyone else with the same tire setup and tire pressure as your car does.

Now go out there and have fun!

    My Winter Adventure! 1 More!

Ok, so I forgot one! The best part of my trip was seeing the mayhem on the side of the highway as I must have seen 25-35 cars, trucks, semis, trailers and even one WRX all in the ditch as it got worse the farther down I got!!!

This pic is the main part of my 45 minute delay on the way down as there were two semis and 4 cars all in the ditch!

I spent 1-1/2 hours scooping my driveway and sidewalf free of about 10" yesterday afternoon.....and still didn't get the part of the driveway with the third stall which contains the Suby.

8-10 cars in the ditch in the morning on the way to work driving from Rochester to Dodge Center on Hwy 14.

I was driving the Jeep though....was planning on switching to my stockers with Blizzaks for the Suby this weekend....as I call myself a *******! :)

Yeah, saw like 4 or 5 semis either jackknifed off the road or in the ditch! Good times for me, very bad times for them... ;)

Yeah, good thing Mike was able to put the snow tread on Thursday night! Next time you'll just have to go drive and "find" the snow!!!!
