Price Drop $180. If they don't sell at this price, I'm going to remove tires and list tires/rims separately. Get these out of my garage!
Both are a 16x6.5 wheel. Outbacks are +48 offset, 2.5 is +55 Sources: http://www.cars101.com/subaru/impreza/impreza2006.html http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2239019 Re: Offset difference "Package 2 is 7 mm (0.3'') closer to suspension/brakes components. Acceptable for most cars. " Most would say this is okay to run. You would want to put an OEM size tire on it though, rather than using the ones currently mounted
Costco has some ridiculous prices on winters right now. A set of Blizzaks run about 530 installed, I got Michelin X-Ice for about 470 installed. I looked on Craigslist for winters before buying and most were used sets I didn't trust to have even wear but were quoting outrageous numbers of 1300 new for rims/tires and asking 600+ for tires that have been used several seasons. For the cost difference, might as well go new. After last winter I decided to switch from all seasons to a summer/winter setup. A/S tires are like combi-skis. They do nothing well, only several things mediocre. If we have another winter like last year you will be thanking yourself for the switch....
