02 wrx hybrid and 94 svx

Well I decided to finally make a little intro thread and so here it goes. My Name is Aaron and I live in Fargo and I drive a 1994 SVX and 2002 silver hybrid WRX.
The wrx has the following done

-STi shortblock with 2.0 heads
-STi injectors
-Walbro 255 pump
-Stage 1 Exedy clutch
-Perrin lightweight crank pulley
-TBE with a custom made axle back to make it look kinda stock (not in pics)
-Catless flex uppipe
-Turbo XS hybrid 50/50 bov
-Made 300ft lbs of torque and 230hp on the stock turbo at 18 psi

Hi al. Thanks for calling me when you had all these different photoshoots. I understand my car's not all that cool n stuff, but at least it'll help your wrx stand out haha.

And quite being so modest! You're the one that swapped the panels over on the red wrx and painted em. And didn't you paint the svx yourself too? You got's talent mang!

Thanks for the welcomes and thanks to some of my friends for keeping me from almost selling them a few times lol and no i didnt paint he svx but i did paint the red 04 and put some parts on it. Its pretty cool haveing a few close friends that like to work on subarus together. I will have the wrx there friday and the svx is in storage for the winter..

 

That Red 04' is awesome. I really wish my 05' was red with gun metal wheels. Is it one of the guys here on mnsubaru?

 

i used to have a red 04' redrex it was called. my friend in p-town has it now, still has no mods

oh ive never heard that? whats the advantage?

 

I'll let al chime in when he gets off work, but he got unlucky about a week after he had the car and the motor decided to go new sti blocks are almost the same price as a wrx block.

 

where were the other svx's when tom and I had ours?

 

I just got mine in May, I believe AL has had his for 3 years or so.

hybrid wrx is what Brian said. So basically for like 200 more dollars u get more displacement which in turn bumped up my torque a ton. if i would have went with another 2.0 block and did the mods i have now i would prolly lose like at least 50-70 tourqe to the wheels
