Well, looks like I am moving across the country and its time to part ways with the wagon. I would move it with me but I am constantly traveling for work and really have no need for a vehicle. I just had the car cleaned by Krenzen's KarKare in Duluth and she is looking really sharp!

You might want to state why the motor was worked on for anyone who'd be interested. Just an FYI. GLWS

Also, people are going to be concerned if there's no tune to go with the turboback.

I am very interested and want to know both of these things. Also, can we get better pics of the wheel wells? Looks like there's some rust forming

For any one whom is interested in this car.. I used to own it.

I purchased it from the original owner (middle aged man) completely stock and then it was sold to a guy in Superior for less than a year before Grant bought it.

I would gladly vouch for this car. It's very reliable and after its recent detailing is good to go for many more miles.

Thank you for the extra info. I am pretty interested in the car and am going to look at it and *try* to come up with the cash to get back in to a WRX wagon. It's good to know it's got a solid history.

The motor was taken out by a reputable shop because it had a burnt exhaust valve on cylinder 2. The heads were replaced with 02 WRX heads that didn’t have the small cracks around the spark plug holes. Before the other heads were installed, they were brought to Midwest Engine in Duluth to be pressure tested and milled and to have the valve buckets adjusted the clutch kit was replaced at the same time to save on future repairs.

Thanks. I've got a few plans. Rust repair, tune, suspension work and it should be a great daily driver. It's very well kept for the miles.

Strip it down to bare metal, some mild glazing build, paint. I believe one spot may need new metal welded in. I'm sure I will get to that last since body work is a pain, but I'll do my best to halt the cancer.
