Question on compatibility. I have an 02 wrx wagon, and I was wondering if 07 sedan tails will fit? Is the shape completely different? I notice the notch on the bottom, but I'm assuming size might be different as well.
I believe the overall shape is quite different. Had my buddy's sedan in the garage next to my wagon last summer and was talking about doing sedan tails with the sedan rear quarter conversion (in the wagon) and the lines where the trunk/lift gate go were quite a bit different. Also, just looking at pics of sedan tails online and looking at my wagon tails in person, it looks like the curve on the bottom side going forward around to the front of the lights looks significantly different as well. Plus it looks like the sedan tails have a little of the quarter flare built into them.
