04 Forester XT 5spd, lots of goodies

04 XT 5spd with lots of boltons. Car is in great shape other than a few scratches on the front bumper. I bought it in March from a doctor in Colorado who put all the aftermarket parts on. Colorado is also a salt free state so there is no rust on the car.

Is that pic of the odometer accurate? Does it have 42,xxx miles on it?

 

no, that was mid summer. It has just over 46,000 now.

 

Any idea what kind of engine management was done/who tuned it? Also, are the stock parts included? How's it like daily driving on those coilovers (harsh?)

 

Its running a access port cobb tune. Currently a stage 2 91 octane tune. I do not have the stock parts. When I bought the car the guy offered them to me for $1000 which is probably a good deal considering all the parts included, but they are in Denver.

The coil overs ride pretty well, they are stiffer than stock for sure. But that is to be expected from a performance suspension. They are height and dampening adjustable. The car has been my daily driver since I bought it. For what its worth my wife loves the car and is not happy with me for trying to sell it.

I would guess that most of my previous neighbors would describe me as odd:laugh:

I'm usually doing something "odd" outside. I have also found that my neighbors are always thinking I have moved since the cars in the driveway are always changing.

Hell yes! I texted my buddy and I was like "I just saw a forester with a sti scoop and a canoe on the hood!" Haha

 

sweet, I grew up in viroqua and love getting back in the area.

This shows how a car thats fast and fun to drive can still have lots of utility. I went to LaCrosse with the forester for a weekend of drinking and bike riding. Along the way I picked up a canoe, beer and a bunch of other stuff. I ended up making the trip home with a canoe and a mt bike on the roof and a car full of junk. Lets see you guys do that in your sedans:biggrin:

 

if this was around 6mths ago it would have been sold.. except I dont like that color.. although yours for some reason I like.. oh well white is good
