    WTB 04 STi rear axle

    I need one soon. Broke an axle at the track today on one of the cars we took.
    Let me know how much and when I can get it.

    What color was this STI? I heard something break on a silver one right at the line, guy said his front diff broke

    I saw that happen, sad I wanted to see him run mid/low 12's. With about 360whp & 360wtq @ 18psi & E85 I'm surprise it didn't break the first time he came to run at the track.

    I locked the front diff. To get it home. Wouldn't go past 45mph. Kinda nice to have that feature on sti save some money on tow. We expected to brake something just not the first run. Bummer.
    Still need one. Hopefully fobia can find it.

    Damn, that sucks.

    I also have an STi. Does putting it in LOCKED mode allow you to do that? or is it one of the other arrows on the meter in the dash...? I know locked puts equal power to front and rear, but I guess in this case, if the rear is broke, the front is still getting that power to get you moving some?
