06 STI for Sale (Cobb Stage II) PRICE DROP!!! Hello all, I'm interested in selling my 2006 STI with Cobb Stage II programming. The vehicle was just recently brought to MN from California. The windows are tinted especially dark, so they may need to be remedied to comply with Minnesota Laws. I checked with one place and they remove tint for $10.00. Anyway, the vehicle has just shy of 49,000 miles and also has a KARR security system installed. KARR is similar to LoJack, but offers many more options I.E. capability to track your vehicle online, and disable the car from online. Vehicle also has an extended 100,000 mile warranty or six years from January 08. Color of vehicle is silver, what color silver is open for discussion. Below are the quoted values from Kelley Blue Book and NADA. Taking these into consideration and what prices are for other STI's that are for sale, I would like to ask $23,000. You sure it's Platinum Silver for the 06? I believe the 06 got rid of platinum silver and kept Crystal Grey Metallic and brought in Steel Grey Metallic

Also, most people here KNOW what he is selling when he posts up. It's not like the car is shrouded in mystery. It's probably just reflex on readymix's part. I want to see pictures also, but this guy ^^ said pictures were coming up later. AS LONG AS that part is covered then he is following all of the rules. I think Mixx's post was deleted, so I can't say for sure if he actually *did* post up "NO PICTURES?!?!?" :hsugh:
Way to dig deep. I don't think I've had anything for sale in nearly a year at this point, aside from a bucket of used oil and a busted engine block. And in any case, most all the stuff I've sold has been old exhaust and intake bits that I didn't need anymore. This is a whole car. Personally, I'd take a used gutted midpipe on word of mouth for 25 bucks before I'd buy a Stage 2 STi on word of mouth.
Good to know. I am more interested in finding out if anyone is interested, or if folks thing I'm asking to much for the vehicle. I kind of need to part ways with it even though I'd rather not.
I better list of mods (exhaust to go with that Cobb stage 2, stock wheels/tires gone?, etc...) and a little history on the car would help.
Unfortunately I don't have much history with the vehicle. I bought it in California just this past February, got the satellite tracking put in, had the Cobb prorgramming performed, got almost $2000.00 worth of stereo work done and within two weeks found out I was getting deployed to Iraq again. Instead of just having the vehicle sitting around for a year and a half while I'm gone I'd rather just get rid of it and buy something when I get home.
