'07 STi daily driver rotor/brake replacement: OEM or aftermarket suggestions

    Car: 2007 Subaru Impreza STi Limited SWP 6MT
    Pertinent Modifications: None.

    Thanks again for the posts on my clutch replacement. Same question on rotor/brakes... need to replace both. OEM replacement cheapest option for street use only? Any recommended upgrades? Only major issue I have is the insane amount of brake dust.

    Street only, I'd go with Wagner Thermoquiet pads, and Stoptech rotors - which you can find drilled/slotted and/or cryotreated. Check a local vendor or tirerack.com

    Last time I checked frozen rotor is Burnsville was still giving out a mnsubaru discount on their frozen rotors.

    +1 for the Stoptech setup. Get your part numbers nailed down and check Amazon. I was able to save a couple of bucks over most websites, and used Prime for 2 day shipping.
    Stoptech Street Performance pads and Centric rotors. You can use and rotors, if you are just street. I really like the Stoptech pads.
