I have a freshly painted new SWP front bumper cover with. I had an insurance claim and the dealer painted this and installed a full 3m front bumper wrap. The wrap bubbled up, I complained and they ordered an entirely new bumper and repainted and installed that so I could take it to a real place to get the wrap done. They didn't know the 3m film could be easily removed and let me keep the bumper. The bumper currently has the 3m tape on it as it is much easier to remove on a vehicle. Any installer can take the wrap off and put on a new one or just remove it and good as new. I know a few people around town that can do it. Asking $600 obo. $1k worth of parts and labor. Also would be willing to trade for the items below( some plus cash) Things interested in. I actually found out after the fact when I got the new wrap done that it can be taken off. Their is no one in ND where I live that does the full bumper wraps so I had to come to the cities to get it done and toted down the second freshly painted one in the back and had the place install my new bumper cover, remove the bubbled and install fresh where she then notified me that they can be taken off. After re-reading my original post, I can see how it would sound dishonest, I edited it!
