I bought this for my rallyX beater. 294,000 miles. Long story short, I didn't see the extent of the frame rust when I bought it, and now I am scared its going to bend in half when i launch it off sweet jumps (frame rails are both rusted pretty bad). Luckily I didnt pay much for it, and it has some good parts. It has rust in all the common areas Car is located in Edina. I have the running 2.2L engine Automatic transmission is blown SVX transmission - Its a Subaru Re-manufactured transmission (Stamped 8/31/2000), Came from the black svx at UpullRparts North (deer accident car) SVX Viscous LSD 3.545 Gear ratio, works I have most of everything else, except the carpeting Tan Interior Fenders are rusted, you dont want them Doors are good, only one that has rust is the pass rear door (rusted skin on the bottom) Complete set of wheels and tires, 90% tread Uniroyal Touring Trak (paint is chipping off aluminum wheels, would be easy to refinish) Glass is good, no cracks If you dont see it in the photos, that doesnt mean i dont have it... Its a complete car! Extra 5 speed transmission from a older Legacy (cable clutch) im told it might need syncros (HAVE THIS FOR FREE) All parts are make a reasonable offer! how much for the flat fuel door with accessories to make it work? mirrors power or manual? if powered mirrors, how much? thanks

still have that 1.8? i need one badly i would put a 2.2 but ive never done a swap or anything and dont have anyone to help me this will be interesting
is that motor still reliable with 300k no oil leaks or burning antifreeze any piston slap when cold? i need it for a daily driver lol my 1.8 has 267,000 and its so worn the cam seals are gone and leaks a ton of oil needs a timing belt and probably head gaskets it burns alot of oil when cold and has alot of piston slap
I dont think it leaks any oil. it looks like it has leaked some power steering at one point (oily grime on the timing belt cover, as seen in photo on craigslist). A link to a video is in the craigslist ad too... It seemed to run smoothly... http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/pts/2623889291.html
