Putting this up here for a day or two for the faithful before I have to deal with the general riffraff that buy $1k cars on craigslist. Details: 1996 L Coupe, AWD, 2.2, automatic, 240k on chassis, PO claimed trans and rear end under 100k, engine is original as far as I can tell but is a 2.2 so will still be running when sun burns out Modifications: '00 RS coupe front seats, WRX springs, underdriven crank pulley, disconnected front sway, FWD/AWD switch wired into center console Condition: Body is rusty - doors, quarters, fenders, you name it. Undercoated stuff seems fine, rails are solid. Roof and hood dented from snow loading up on it. Generally fugly. Mechanically it is pretty solid - I replaced a front knuckle and the rear shocks earlier this year, it goes down the road straight. Engine is quiet and strong. A/C and heat are both excellent. Tranny is showing some torque bind, but engages quick and shifts great. Clockspring is broken but up until I managed that cruise control worked like a champ too. It's currently got a set of worn all seasons on steelies on it, but will also be including the WinterForces on Subaru alloys shown in the pics. This is NOT a restoration candidate - if you're looking for something to make your 22B replica, look elsewhere. It IS a fun, usable, AWD winter beater that's already quick enough to be competitive in local rallycross. It works... $950 w/ the winterforces - need it gone I'll try to check PMs frequently. I have the whole week off so can show almost anytime. ***4/10/12 Picked up a GD wagon so this car is back on the market just in time for RallyCross season! The Winterforces will be going on the GD so the car will come on steelies - $800.

Cool - it'd be kinda funny since I scooped it up from under ya - now you'd just basically be getting all the mods and repairs for $100.
I have a 95 coupe 1.8 FWD. Has the ugly interior. Would consider buying to freshen up my Impreza. Still 4 sale?
