1998 Legacy Outback 131,xxx Miles NEW Timing belt and Head gaskets

I have for sale a very low mileage 98 Subaru legacy outback. I purchased the car with blown head gaskets, initially for myself but then a friend showed some interest but has decided it was just out of his price range. So now I am trying to sell as I have made some other purchases and would like to lessen that debt. I have receipts within the last month for almost 1,500 in parts alone. When I pulled the heads off the motor I replaced all timing belt components, idler bearings, and tensioner, water pump, belt itself. I also take there extra step to ensure the heads are straight and flat by having them milled down, cleaned and pressure tested. All new spark plugs, plug gaskets and valve cover gaskets. This motor has been gone through top to bottom! No costs cut as I always use OEM parts. I also went ahead and real sealed the oil pan, flushed the coolant, replaced both the front and rear differential fluid as well as the transmission fluid. Car is in great shape does have a little rust underneath the paint at the rear wheel wells which they ALL do. Other than that it is in excellent shape!!! No scratches, dents, dings nothing!! It does have window tint if you are into that super awesome summer protection against the suns intense rays.

It will need a wheel bearing replaced in the rear. I got quotes from 3 shops ranging from 250 to 700 to do it. I just don't have any more cash to put at this project!
