We had just receive a green and gold Impreza 2.5RS with 150,000 miles on it, 5 speed, very clean interior and the super rare green and gold combination! owned by an older lady. 1 owner trade in. Vehicle still needs to be cleaned up so if you want to check out come on by to the dealership at White Bear Subaru. I didn't bring my camera so no pictures till tomorrow.
ok as is $4995 or if we were to refinish it and with new tires pull dents and clean it up $5495!!! Come grab this unicorn!!!
You guys are too late the Unicorn has been sold!!!!!!! Man that was quick. Customer from craigslist came in.
yes! another new sti on the road. i just talked to my dad and he told me the girl who owned this car bought an sti.
Guys the deal feel through. I just got in this morning and asked what had happened. The guy wanted to borrow money from his father to purchase the car. After he had talked with his dad, who obviously someone who doesn't know about the cars and only hears 150,000 miles and said no deal. So its back up for sale! And I forgot my camera again today.......sorry Dream.
yeap same one. I asked the sales person who took it in and he said that the timing belt has been done but she never mentioned the HG. It runs Great! I'm pretty sure if there was a problem she would have taken cared of it. She was the original owner and someone who isn't just going to let something like that pass by.
It's a beautiful car!! And it runs/drives great also. :yumyum:...Unicorn...:yumyum: You should go and see it in person!
meh, it's worth the trip! I drove from my place in Brooklyn Park to Inver Grove Heights, then to White Bear the morning I went to look at it. And then to E.P. to help Bill move. Then over to St. Paul to work. I own a Subaru and <3 driving it!
Givin me a guilt trip I'm assuming it looks a little something like this? I like the British racing green personally, buuuut...
pros: Drives great, cold A/C, fewer rattles than my STi. cons: wheels paint is all peeled off around the lip, more than a few door dings, grease all over the rear diff...?
Truth! I test drove the "Unicorn"...it was mythical. I wanted it so bad! Car payments and insurance p0wn me.:emo:
I was about to buy this when I first saw it on CarSoup. I didn't realize it was on the forums here, at the time. Bah humbug.
I believe the 98 red is just as rare as the unicorn. there's a thread on rs25.com with the color breakdown. rare but just good for a swap IMO. I was going to buy a unicorn from florida, it was superclean with 150k, the guy wanted 3,000. I told him 2,700 cash and I'd fly-in in the weekend. he said he would call me back shortly but never did. probably someone showed up with cash in hand. too far to take such chance.
