So my air bag light after a start up one day went on my legacy which obviously makes my horn and the Cruise control not work.
When i turn the car on somd times
it will be off the when i turn the wheel it comes on other times when it will already be on upon start up.

What i have tried i have disconnected the air bag system then repluged it back in also ive heard there might be a connector possibly under my seat?

How do i reset the system? And have i seen them reset it with a diagnostic tool before?

If your horn and the cruise control don't work, then your clock spring is probably the problem.

That is not a normal symptom of an airbag light. Those are 3 separate systems, with one overlap. Like Phi11 said....clockspring.
