Judging by the fact that it appears to be sitting at a body shop in the pics, and it has new hoses and belts (things at the front of an engine) and it was missing the grille in one pic, I can only assume it was in a wreck.

Any "before" pics and is the title clean or salvage?

Not in a wreck. The car has a clean title. I have no idea why the grill is off in that pic. lol. But the grill is perfect. The reason it got new belts and stuff is because it was time for a timing belt.

looks to me like it is at a insurance auction...the nearby wrecks and the zip tie around the column attached to the key is a give away.

The auction is mainly for insurance companies but also private parties can pay to sell thier car at the auction. The car had no damage and has a clean title.

If the price was right I would sell it. I have 2 LGTs currently. Both 98s both green and both manuals, ones a wagon and ones a sedan.
