    Car threw code P0420 today so I'm gonna start with the rear o2 sensor. Anyone have one laying around?

    It's not the rear O2 sensor. Too much activity of the rear O2 sensor is what sets the code.

    Yes.
    But... there is a hack (modification) to install a resistor/capacitor circuit into the rear O2 sensor circuit that magically makes the code go away...
