Well the stock bov is designed to leak at 25psi down to 20psi. People crush the tops to increase the spring constant and have the bov leak at a higher psi. While it isn't the most sophisticated method, it is one that is proven thousands of times over. Thanks for playing, try again next time. Both sold in a couple of days.
