Decided to sell both my subarus as a package. Here is a quick break down. I will only sell this as a package and will not part the cars or the parts.

The Runner

Crack on the bottom front windshield

Rear tail light had a small water leak that very very slightly made the inside spider web crack (interior plastic only). Housing was then dried and sealed.

Kenwood head unit will need to be replaced.

No leaks on all weather stripping but they are worn

15% tint

Not the original motor and was swapped with another stock 2.5rs motor. Mileage was 10k less than the original motor.

Motor was swapped because my head gasket went out and cylinder #3 gave out. Motor was also turbo’d from the previous owner and was cheaper to do a swap.

J&S Safeguard knock control system is installed on the vehicle but was only used for the previous motor that was turbo’d. (Needs to stay plugged in for the car to turn on)

Besides that the car pulls strong. The last time I did a compression test all cylinders (including #3) where all within spec.

Clutch and transmission are good.

Wheel bearings are good. Inner outer tie rods, ball joints and half axels all good. No boots ripped

Comes with 2 keys and 1 key fob

Non – Runner

Back story on the car when I purchased it. Owner was tight on money and his neighbors where giving him a hard time even though he had current tags on his car but it sat around. He toyed around with the stock motor before he spun the bearing (drained the oil and I can confirm its shot). He was going to turbo the stock motor but then was going to swap it and never got around to it. That’s why the car came with a brand new clutch, TD04 turbo and wrx intercooler (lots of other stuff too)

Front Bumper beam was rusted and removed (didn’t remove rear to check). Front will need to be replaced with lightweight bumper beam and the rear naturally. Non-runner has a lot more rust than the current runner but when I was going to gut the car and have a shop weld in a roll cage all the cosmetic paneling was going to be fixed as well.

Front bumper has some holes drilled into it go hold a mesh screen in place.
Font fender passenger side front fender is damage… This was my doing when the motorcycle I was restoring tipped over….. >_<

Motor, Trans, wire harness and ECU will need a full swap.
PO did some weird hack job on the wire harness (no clue why) and spliced in a Greddy E-Manage system.

Will need to replace entire suspension

Brakes

Weather stripping looks good.

PO painted some of the interior accents RED.... SMH

Besides that the frame is good. Interior is good (aside from the red accents)

Only comes with 1 key.

Well.... I guess the only way I would split them up would be if someone was really really really interested in just the non runner for a project build

What's the level of emotional and otherwise sentimental attachment to this pair of vehicles? I can't fathom a world in which the price is right for the pair or each individually. The non-runner would have to be absolutely immaculate and low mileage to fetch anywhere near 3000.

If you didnt read the ENTIRE thread I was very explicit that this is a package. I do apologize if you did not pick up on the sarcasm regarding splitting up the PACKAGE to sell the one "project car"

Emotional value - None. They are just cars.

Navar - I entertain you to go on ebay, 2.5rs.com, searchcraigslist.org, etc and find 2 subaru 2.5rs coupe 5mt with the typical quarter panel rust that have clean titles and frames for under my 7500 OBO (Or Best Offer).

Reposted on craiglist. Unfortunately the weather didnt permit me to really dig into the cars and take a more detailed shots. Im also out of town on business for the next 2 months
