2000 RS for 5K

i'm in the market for a 4dr...but this one is tempting. would it cost less to buy this and do a engine swap and fix what ever needs to be fixed or go with a 13-14k my00-01 4dr RS

Get that car, we'll swap engines and all of the other modifications my car has, and you can have my 4-door. Wham-bam! You get 4-doors!
