Exterior condition: some rust - car spent first 10 or so years in south so it’s not too bad. Fender bender dent on passenger rear door. Clear coat is peeling/gone on some parts of car. Windshield was replaced a few years ago. Missing fender signal covers (stolen)

Interior condition: relatively clean for 20 year old car - cracked dash cubby lid. Carpet is worn but seats are all in good shape. Rubber floor mats and original floor mats included.

mechanical condition: car runs great - no CEL
Headgaskets replaced by one of the previous owners.

Replaced within the two years (<10k miles):
timing belt + pulleys (Gates kit)
Water pump + thermostat (oem) - old one was leaking because bolts backed out. Replaced anyway.
Full exhaust system replaced including manifold (BOSAL factory replacement from rockauto) + O2 sensors (Bosch)
Rotors and pads (all brand new)
Battery + plug wires
Tires have good tread

Known issues: Has clunky struts and torn cv boots.

Everything works - AC/heat, cruise control, deck & speakers also replaced. I replaced all of the button backlights.
