Noticed my car smelt like gas this morning and when I got home. Found what looks like a little rubber piece that is leaking. Assuming I can just pull it off and replace it?

yep. tightening the clamps (or double clamping) usually fixes it (for a while) as well. not sure if your year is covered under the tsb/recall, but its a common issue on GDs. Similar design/hardware.

Alright cool thanks. Looks like 2002 and up is covered but I'm not too worried I'll start by double clamping and go from there.

I have 3 Subarus that seeped fuel this week. I was able to snug the clamps.

Our 04 Outback does. My 01 RS does. My 02 WRX does.

My 02 is doing it right now and has been almost as long as I've owned it(doesn't do it in the summer-lol).

    Stupid Subarus. DIAF.
