1. This exhaust fits perfectly and was custom made. There was no rubbing and it uses all the OEM hangers. Its 3" diameter and sounds very good. It fits 2002-2007 Impreza WRX/STI. It is mild steel with a stainless tip. I would say it is similar in sound to a Prodrive or Invidia Q300 exhaust. Its a deep tone but there is no drone. Rust is minimal because it came from a California car. $125obo 2. OEM Subaru Impreza WRX down pipe and up pipe came off a 2002 WRX. They are in good shape. Very little rust because they came from a California car. $90obo for both.
honestly, you would get more for just the down pipe in scrap than you are asking for both the up and down pipe...
Oh, I totally misread the $90obo as $900. I was not going to say anything but I thought that was a bit high! Please excuse my ignorance, but I am under the impression the a 2004ish WRX has 3 cats between the engine and the tip of the exhaust. If that is indeed true, would your up and down pipe contain all 3? If so, I would like to speak to you more about it. Thank you.
Sorry to clutter up your for sale thread. I found a lot of the information I was looking for on exhaust. Long story short, I don't know what I need cause the car is not in my possession yet.
