2002 legacy wagon 5 SPD. fs/t

Up for sale is my 2002 legacy wagon L. It has 193k miles and I am asking $3300 obo.

Trans has 145k, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and bearings have almost 2300 miles on them. Clutch kit is exedy OEM replacement.

Will need tires before the end of summer. Everything is mechanically sound and drives fine. Just recently threw p0420(catalytyst innefeciency) replaced the plugs with NGK OEM replacement and it went away for a week and now came back.
Hg/timing belt were replaced around 160k.
I am the second owner of the car but it is not perfect. Has some dents/dings/scratches and some small spots of rust.

I am asking $3300 obo or trade for a pre 97 5 speed Subaru.

Just noticed recently the rear brakes have been making noise. It will need pads at minimum so I will drop the price to $3000

Update: 8/13
New pads in front and re-greased everything so no more brake noise. Also just got brand new all season tires put on today price is still $2900
