2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5 TS

Posting my sisters 02 Impreza wagon as we're moving to Arizona!

240k miles on this gem. Has issues, but nothing you would have to fix to drive. I put snow tires on it a few months ago, so they only have a couple months wear. It is GREAT on gas, runs well, shifts strong, and AMAZING in the snow, roof rack, all glass is good, power windows, heat and ac work great, remote locks with both key fobs. Please only serious inquiries, It is my daily driver, but I'm moving to AZ so she needs a new home.
Would be a great first car, winter car, or budget daily driver.

Good:
-Turn key and go!
-Snow tires with plenty of tread
-Heat/AC work well
-Timing belt, water pump, transmission flush, and rear differential gear oil change all done at 190,000 miles
-Great on gas
-Power windows/locks all work

Issues:
-Rear strunt clank (notorious on these and it for sure has it, replacement would be in order)
-Leaks minimal oil via the head gaskets like many of these older EJ251 engines. Pretty consistently loses about 1 quart between oil changes (3,000 miles)
-Exhaust broken near the muffler so it's not overly loud but has the distinct boxer engine rumble (unintentional, just haven't fixed as its not very loud)
