I have an 2004 EJ20 long block with a spun bearing that I purchased recently. I only need it for a few parts for an engine rebuild and will be selling what I don't need at reasonable prices. I was told the engine had 140k on it when it spun the bearing, besides that the parts look good. These are used parts. they are sold as is, don't expect shiny and new here. Currently I have for sale: TD04 Turbo has minimal shaft play, looks OK- $100 Cam shafts, exhaust and intake left and right side, these look really good - $50 each side Cylinder heads left and right side, these look OK for a motor with 140K, no evidence of bent valves or leaks. Need to be cleaned up and or rebuilt these will NOT come with valve covers, cam shafts or cam gears. Right side head is missing the cam seal clamp, this could be sourced from Subaru. everything else it there. left side - $200 right side - $175 left side cam gears - $40 Valves, off a motor with 120K, (different motor) need to be cleaned, all 16 of them - $20 New rock auto Valve stem seals - $8 Fly wheel, may need to be re-surfaced - $20 Oil pan, not cleaned - $30(I will throw in the pick up and baffle) I will have more parts coming as I disassemble the motor, I will post more in this thread.
The motor is completely disassembled, the block looks good for the most part, there was a spun rod bearing that caused the demise of the motor. It will probably need to be machined as there was some piston slap that caused some scratched in the cylinder walls. Take the block, bolts, and crank for $100. The crank will need to be machined if you want to salvage it. If you take all the parts I have listed, which is a nearly complete long block (minus pistons and rods) perfect for rebuilding, you can have them all for $500.
As Mr. dangO request, photos of some of the stuff. The engine Block is all cleaned up, there is a small nick on the deck that may need to be dealt with at the machine shop.

block, cams, flywheel, turbo, and left intake cam gear are sold. still have heads, and a few other parts
Heads still available? Are the heads from a 2004, and do they have any cracks around the spark plug threads to the valve seat?
Heads are gone, valves and left side exhaust cam gear are pending... A/C compressor off a 2003 wrx, with 120K on it $40, I got it from Oak Leaf but never installed it. New rock auto Valve stem seals - $8 Oil pan, - $30(comes with pick up and baffle) One set of used engine block bolts - $20 Rock auto had bolts, never used,$30, these are $50 new not much left.... I have a few random parts still, but nothing major.
