PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE RESPONDING/CALLING DIBS/ETC...

Here's the deal. It is time for the WRX to go. Likely as a trade-in. I didn't get the bites I wanted on the whole car as-is, so I'm going with plan B.

This is going to be different. Limp-wrists, prissy pants, and whiners really need not apply here. If you are in the market for some primo Subaru mods, and you've got a little time, ambition, and desire, you're going to walk away with some good deals.

Here is how it works. I need this car to be sell-able. As in, "hello, dealership sales person, I have this 2004 WRX that I drove to your dealership to trade it in for another car. Feel free to drive it, it is 100% working and free of problems."
SO: Any parts you want and pay for must be replaced with GOOD, WORKING, STOCK PARTS. If you have a broken car and are thinking these parts will get you all fixed up, you will still NEED TO PROVIDE WORKING STOCK PARTS.

    The procedure is as follows.

STEP 1) Pick the parts you want
STEP 2) Decide on a date to come play swap games, you will need to get with me to make sure the date will work
STEP 3) Arrive on said date READY TO WORK.
STEP 3.1) Do not expect me to help you. The prices that I am selling this stuff do not include labor to help you along. If you think you need more help, bring a friend. I also would recommend you bring some tools. Like most Subaru enthusiasts, I am missing pretty much all of my 10, 12, and 14mm sockets.
STEP 4) Remove the parts you want off my car.
STEP 5) Replace said parts with stock parts. If the car does not work when you are done, you aren't going anywhere till it does. Like I said, if I can't get the car to the dealership and get it traded in, then we don't have a deal. Yes, you will be doing some labor here. And as I said before, if this sounds too tough for you, then have fun waiting around for the parts to be available somewhere else.
STEP 6) If you want to use my garage to install your new goodies, you are free to do so. I will still not help you with this. But you are more than welcome to use my garage for the purpose of installing.

As of this writing my car runs and has no mechanical issues that I am aware of. The only "issue" is that the fuel system cannot deliver enough fuel at high RPMs to feed the giant turbo. This is not an issue of bad parts, just an issue of an incompatible ECU/injector setup. You can easily remedy this by getting high impedence injectors, or a different ECU.

    List of Available Stuff

    2.5L EJ257 Block (3,000)
    Forged Mahle Pistons
    ARP headstuds
    WRX heads with
Helix titanium dual valve springs and seats
    Supertech Stainless valves
    Crower 272 Camshafts
This will also include the intake manifold (currently reversed/No AC)
    GrimmSpeed ported intake tumblers
Underdrive main pulley, powersteering and alternator. We can discuss in detail, as this is more complicated than most of the other stuff.

Perrin GT35R turbo setup (slightly modded) (1000,00)
    Perrin rotated mount uppipe
    Perrin rotated mount downpipe
    GT35R.82AR
    Tial 44mm wastegate
TurboXS FMIC (modded for use with the 35R setup)
(note: piping was cut and modded for blow-through MAF, you may need to alter this if you wish to go a different route)

PPG 1-4 Straight Cut Gearset (2,500)
Installed by Driftin240 aka Brian from Morries MTKA
    Comes complete.
Transmission fill tube is broken off (due to a fitment issue from the Perrin turbo kit)
The hole is plugged safely, but you may want to get a new tube pressed in there.
New synchros were installed when the PPGs went in.

    Kartboy Short Shifter

    HKS HiPower Catback exhaust. (200)
(I have a gutted 3rd cat, looks stock, but is completely empty, I will need a stock cat if you want it)

    Tein FLEX coilovers (1000)
Includes TEIN EDFC unit and wiring/motors

    Wilwood 6piston/4piston brakes (1000)
    2 6piston front calipers
    2 4 piston rear calipers
pads all around with minimal wear (like 8k miles)
slotted and vented 2 piece wilwood rotors (recently replaced and PROPERLY lock-wired)
    SS braided brake lines
calipers could use some paint, but otherwise, they work fine.

Sparco Torino seats and slider brackets (500)
Matching door cards and rear seats.
Some cig burns and the seats have gotten some use
Will throw in enough genuine Sparco fabric for you to re-do the interior about 10 times over
Also includes a black harness bar and some out of date Sparco harnesses if you are just going for looks.

    HKS CAMP version 1 (500)
    includes boost and EGT sensors
Also have the remote and remote sensor

The vented scoop-less hood is also available, but you will need to have a PSM WRX hood to trade. (FREE with trade)

There is a set of 18x7.5 +40 18 spoke mesh wheels with Falken Azenis tires on them, about 50% tread left. there is curb rashing, and the paint looks atrocious, but you never know...someone with more ambition than I might want to trade me a set of stock wheels and tires for a set of wheels that needs some TLC.

There are going to be some crossovers. The uppipe, turbo, and downpipe go with the turbo kit. Therefore, the person buying that will need to provide those parts. The intercooler goes with the turbo kit, but odds are, the person swapping the motor is going to have that.

Minor upgraded parts are OK as trade ins, but keep in mind, I don't want to have to tune this thing if I can avoid it.

Prices are somewhat negotiable, but save the lowballs for someone with more patience.

    Adding:

TurboXS UTEC. bikerboy might know the revision, I can't remember. But it does speed density ;)
    (150)

TurboXS DTEC w/ Gameboy and wiring
    (200)

I will add more as things become aware.

Pics of the hood by chance? PM Please! And is it an issue if I have an STI scoop on mine if we were indeed going to trade?

Would you be interested in a three way trade? I'll trade you a WRX PSM scoop for your PSM STI scoop. Then OP could get a stock WRX hood. PocketRocket, PM me if this sounds viable.

Im looking to go with a scoopless option...so however that pans out. Im not against the venting idea, but I was just curious what it looks like first before jumping on it.

I will try to snap a pic, it has a dent on the front though. Probably should have said that. Its an RS hood with a Gimmegears WRC vent.

I'm interested in the harness bar and belts. Is the harness bar a Sparco or just a cheap ebay one?

My server that houses those pics is unfortunately down. They are the black wilwood calipers and the center hats are gold...though you can repaint them any color you want
