Selling my 05 Outback xt. 219,XXX miles. Minimal rust, car spent most of its life in Texas and central Oregon until I bought it in December of 2019 at 159,000 miles. Body and interior are a little rough. Hail damage on the roof and plenty of scratches to match the Falken Wildpeaks. Car will come with OEM wheels, will include the setup pictured for the right price. I do have the passenger front splash guard, it’s just not on car. Took it off before the rubbing tire could. Car is having throttle position sensor faults. P0123 before replacing passenger tgv position sensor and repairing harness, and P2135 & P0021 after the attempted repair. If the car doesn’t sell as is I will continue to try to get this issue solved but the car will still be for sale either way. Let me know if these codes sound familiar and you know how to fix the issue. Car runs and drives normally but upon tripping one of these fault codes it goes into limp mode. Tint is DARK no idea the % but I’ve never been harassed. Always changed the oil every 3000 miles with shell rotella t6 and used wix filters I believe this car had the engine and turbo replaced around 138k but the documentation I have on that is lacking. Car will come with a box of misc interior parts, stainless brake hoses, and a pair of taillights. A new tailgate garnish can be had for under $100 if you can find a white one at a junkyard. Mods: Aftermarket blowoff valve. Installed by previous owner. Don’t know anything about it. Catless up pipe King rear springs and spacers. Spacers are 2” if I recall just to make the car ride level. The cosmetic tailgate garnish broke off. I was skiing and had the keys buried in my pocket. Hatch was open and I had already locked the car. My buddy very politely shut the hatch but it didn’t latch all the way. Instead of digging my keys out to re-close the hatch properly, I gave it a quick shove with my shoulder and shattered the plastic. Haven’t located a color matched replacement.
I’m willing to negotiate and come down on price for this car. I know I priced it optimistically. Ideally I would have this car sold before the end of July. Opening up what I will trade for too, show me what you got.
