Valleyfair Meet and greet in Shakopee, Minnesota on July 16th at 11:00 post here or PM me if you are interested in Attending.. Damien from Nasioc (93WRXinJapan / 93n00binJapan fame) got it started. So we're looking for Nasioc folks, MNSubaru Folks, LegacyGT folks, and other Midwest Subaru related boards we might be missing. - Brady
Sounds fun...is it just like hanging out all day or are we actually gonna hit up some rides? Either way it sounds like a blast and lots of fun. Just gotta get outta Chile first so I can be there.
We're planning on hitting rides and such also. But of course it's anyone's choice. Probably do some grilling for lunch, then hit the park. If some folks just wanted to meet for lunch, I'm sure no one would be offended.
hmm...we had a valleyfair date planned as well...if the one i already haev dont' come through, i'll be at this one.
Hey Guys... Yeah.. we're trying to get this event together.. we're planning on rides.. but whatever's cool.. uhmm... Protege Menace has also posted this on the Protege boards he is a member of.. Hope to see ya guys there! -Damien

And besides.. it'd look a little odd with me in the middle driving a Dodge Intrepid. Uhmm.. as far as i know of.. there will be several different types of cars.. My Dodge Intrepid.. Protege Menace's Mazda Protege.. Brady's Legacy GT.. If we can keep the cops out of our hair as much as possible, all the better, but if a cop sees a line of performance cars zippin down the highway, he's gunna start looking harder at enforcing stupid stuff.. probably best to come separately and meet up in the lot. -Damien

Yeah im new BTW my name is mike Ill deffinatly try and be there, ive been looking for a local subaru club and i guess i found one so ill be on here alot i cant wait to meet people at the meet!
just an FYI... for those of you who does not feel like paying $33.95 per head, give me a pm/email. i can get tickets for $23, plus $2 dollars off of parking... which is regularly $8 per car. the sooner the better. i believe i can get kids fom 3 years old up to 48" in for $15. this is an advance payment type deal where i have to buy the tickets through my work. it's good for anyday this season. i can also get off peak, or off season tickets, for about $20. just thought i'd help out. anything else you'd like deals with? broadway shows? movie tickets? hehehe i'm gonna sop before i let things get out of hand here.
Meeting at the back of the lot at 11:00.. that way we have plenty of room to park and shouldn't get scattered (or dinged) -Damien
I think it would be better for the group to meet up at 4 PM or so and chat for an hour in the parking lot. Then get in after 5 PM, because the ticket prices drop waaaay down to $12 per person. The park closed at 12 midnight when I went on July 3. That was 7 hours of riding all night.
Well, we've planned for 11:00 for a while, so it's late in the game to change it to 4:00, but re-meeting at 4:00 could be a novel plan for those who want to come late. Then some can leave and some can re-enter if they like. Good suggestion!
