2006 Legacy Sedan 77k miles $10,500

The good

• I've invested a lot in this car over the last year - rear diff, head gaskets, all new suspension, brakes, belts, new steering rack
• 2 sets of aluminum wheels and tires (winter/summer)
• only 77k miles
• winter package of heated mirrors, seats and wipers
• A/C blows cold
• Subaru winter mats
• Leather seats in good condition
• OEM 6CD changer - OEM tweeters in doors
• auto climate control

The bad

• tear in rear bumper cover
• dirty from the winter
• transmission does not like shifting into fourth in winter (it upshifts in a manner that causes a "shock") - I need to drive it in manual mode for a while to warm it up. Then it is fine shifting to 4th
• engine noisy when starting cold in winter (fan belt and lifter type noise). Noises go away as soon as warm
• a couple claw marks in interior from previous owner's dog

Smaller NA engine.

I will probably trade it across on something newer, but if any of you are interested and want to see it, let me know.
With my recent $6k+ investment cancelled out by the bumper hole and my concern about the transmission, I'm asking $10,500 which is $700 under blue book for "Good Condition".
