That course needs more challenges. This would be a good event for anyone looking to improve their driving skills and DCTC is a great venue for it. Plenty of room and very little chance of damaging anything even if you mess up big. For anyone who goes out there- don't walk, drive, run or do anything on the skidpad- the site management is really picky about that and I don't want to lose this site for AutoX. Thanks.
I just wanted to share something, I just found out that this car is registered for the event. I have never seen one of these in person so it will be quite exciting. I wonder if the STI will have any chance. Noble M400 -Noble is monumentally rapid. The company's test driver has achieved zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds, 0-100 mph in 8.0 seconds. Top speed is 175 mph. http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Features/articleId=107368#8
Your welcome Dan, your a great student and great job today. I finally got to drive that Elise today. LOL Go-Kart/Vtec. And that M400 looked beautiful.
And Andrew, I am sorry I we did not catch up, I came back and could not find you. Perhaps next time, nice meeting you.
Yeah, that was awesome. BIR, Road America, here I come. This was my first event but I'm hungry for more.
There were lots of beautiful cars at the event. Next time I have to find a way to rig up a incar camera. The club has a awsome professional Photographer as you can see from the above pictures. Yes it was definately a lot of fun, I really enjoy Instructing and instructing for this club. Great people to spend a weekend doing what we enjoy most.
