    I have a 2007 BMW M5 with a true 3 pedal manual transmission and a 500hp V10 engine.
92,000 miles (Will continue to grow)
    4 owners
    $24,000

Minor interior wear around the steering wheel and the same style wear around the window switches
Everything in the car works, and works beautifully.

There are very little cosmetic imperfections with the exterior of the car. This has been very well taken care of.

The car does have an optional 2 year/24,000 mile warranty available for $4,000 extra (this is the cash value that I can sell it back to the company for).

The car has maintenance since new, mainly serviced at BMW Minnetonka.
The clutch was replaced in 2013.

    Original MSRP is $96,750
    M Multi-function seats w/ active seat bolsters
    Heads up display (HUD)
    Rear side airbags
    Rear seat aux input
Heated/Ventilated front seats (requires full perforated leather seat)
    Comfort access
    Full and perforated leather option
    Satellite Radio

    Recent service
255/45r19 Pirelli Snow tires on all 4 corners ($1300)
I also have 2 front Goodyear Eagle F1 tires with 6/32 left on the them
    Oil change/filter with BMW 10w60 ($200)
Cabin and engine air filters ($200)
    RDC Antenna ($60)

There is currently a TPMS light on for the RDC antenna, which I have but have not replaced. It is a very quick replacement, but with the cold, I haven't been able to do it. I'm sure the warranty will cover this, but it was an inexpensive part.

I had a Blackstone Oil analysis performed on the engine oil after it was changed out. I specifically asked for bearing wear to be looked for, and they found no signs of abnormal bearing wear. The warranty would cover the engine bearings, if they went out in the next two years with this information (it wasn't pre-existing).

The only upcoming maintenance items are an oil change in 7,000 miles and rear brakes in 9,000 miles. Warranty doesn't cover these parts, because they're wear items, but they are relatively inexpensive.

Meant to add, you will be genuinely hard pressed to determine the mileage on the car. It's a very well taken care of example and the interior is pristine (the wear around the steering wheel and window switches is minimal and classic BMW).

Thank you! It's quite a fun car to drive, especially in the snow. However, I'm hoping to land a job overseas and would rather not have a car hanging back here.

$200 oil change?!?! Quoting Kramer, "I'm out!"

Nice looking car though...good luck with the sale.

Haha Eurotech prices. There are oil change kits for $110 online. I just want the documentation for the warranty.

I would love a trade for a FXT, WRX, or other clean "Beater" + Cash.

Neat car. I've been eyeing M5s and B7 RS4s for half a year or more. Unfortunately being in MN, I've been eyeing RS4s harder. If I could, I'd own both and hang onto them for a long time. These are cars that are becoming an increasingly rare configuration of big NA power plants paired to manual transmissions all wrapped in a premium chassis.

This car, with the Pirelli snow tires, was a beast. I've owned a ton of Subarus and a few evos, and this handled the snow just as admirably.

    That being said, it's sold.
