Figured I would throw this up on here incase someone is in need of a DD. Despite popular sales tactics I am going to list the negative first just to be transparent. The miles will continue to go up as I will be driving this when I have to go to Maple Grove throughout the week.

    The bad:
Needs a new passenger fender; wife was actually hit by a deer on the side of the fender. The fender and headlamp were broken and I replaced the headlamp with a new one and have not had the time to source a fender. Does not impact drivability or safety. The pic makes it look like the bumper is just hanging in there and that is not the case as we have driven this car all over and taken it through automatic car washes this way.
CEL is on for codes P0016 and P0017 which indicate both intake and exhaust position sensors. This is the gamble part of the car, research shows this COULD be that the timing has jumped a gear or it could be just the solenoids. Car drives fine and to me this is no risk as I will be driving it from Woodbury to Maple Grove and back a few times a week. This light has been on for 2 oil changes as they always bug my wife to fix it and it still drives fine.
Steering clunks and its normal, I promise. This is not the result of anything other than GM error and research will show it is very common. It has been there for over 3 years and I tried to get GM to fix it but they said it is not going to hurt anything and is just a noise so they would not.

Last bad thing is that my wife clipped the very edge of the passenger mirror backing out of the garage, the actually case itself is fine but the glass is cracked.

    ONTO THE GOOD!

Low miles 79852 as I am writing this and will go up.
Heated seats that work. They are the Faux leather sides with that suede in the middle.
Remote Start-will work once the CEL light is gone, GM failsafe.
Heat and A/C work just fine.
Front brake rotors and pads were done within 10k.
Front tires are Continental DSW tires, backs we planned to replace this past summer to match but did not get around to it, they could be replaced in maybe 5,000 miles or so.

KBB says very good is $7500

    $7500
    -$250 new fender
    -$300 CEL light fix
    -$350 new tires
    -$100 JERF SPECIAL
    ASKING $6500

    651-333-0572

    Now for the prOn...

I was wrong ( I guess I should have looked instead of listening to the wife). 79460 for miles, going up. I just ordered the other two DWS tires and will have those installed. Same price for now $6500 obo

If I was a serious buyer, I think your money would be better spent on getting rid of the CEL's so that problem is corrected and the remote start works than replacing the tires. That way (hopefully) the buyer doesn't have to worry that the timing has jumped. Unless the tires are dangerously worn, then both.

    GLWS

I completely agree. I drove the car for the first time in a long time yesterday and the back tires were terrible. I asked my wife how she even drove the car. As far as the CEL, the car has had well over 8,000 miles put on it with the light on and has not effected things, I just have not had the time to dive into it. Frankly I would rather sell it with the light as I am pretty busy from now till July. If its the solenoids they are about $110 for both, if its the timing chain you are looking at about $700 for a shop to do it or maybe $300 to do it yourself. I would have to raise the price if that was completed as you won't find this car for less than $7k and under 100,000 miles.
