    Greetings..

Up for consideration is my 2009 Wrx. (My 8th Subaru) I am the second owner of this car and have had it since May (4k miles). My vehicle needs are changing and unfortunately my wrx isn't going to make the cut. Most of the details on the car are the same from when I purchased it. The only changes I have really made are as follows:

Sold Rota Grids (Currently just have winter wheels/tires -06/07 wrx wheels with ws60 tires)
Replaced Battery last week with an Interstate
Installed center arm rest out of a 2015 wrx
Replaced center cubby light with red led vs the blue it had
    Changed oil twice (Rotella)
Swapped the Walbro fuel pump with DW as it runs a lot quieter
Red VHT on outer rear tail lights

Basically, I bought this car because I know the shop that tuned it, built it, and the previous owner @ofspunk7 meticulously maintained the car. With the built motor and fairly conservative tune, this car is going to be very reliable for many years to come. But as life goes, this doesn't quiet fit with my immediate future plans.

I would be open to a 09+ Forester as partial or straight trade.
Open to other offers as well, but need to be a little roomier than a wrx.

    Starting price is 20k obo
Obviously priced a little higher than KBB, but you have the security of a well built engine that shouldn't give you any trouble for many miles to come. Serious offers considered, so do not be afraid to make offers, but I will not give this car away.

Here is some info from the original fs thread:

2009 Subaru WRX Hatch (5-Door) SPT Package DGM (Dark Grey Metallic) - NF Built Engine on E85 @ 24PSI

    73,XXX Miles

The OEM head gaskets in this car started to leak around 61K. Since I had to tear into the engine to fix the head gaskets I decided to beef up the engine internals. If you know Subarus then you know the issues Subaru internals can have once you start to modify the car. So I decided to build the engine. Prior to the build the car was running AMSoil full synthetic and being changed every 4k – 5k (it is a 25k oil) after the engine break-in period. When we pulled the engine the internals looked amazing. The AMSoil really was the right choice for the stock engine. Currently the car is running Rotella T-6 and being changed out every 2.5k miles. This is based on the suggestion of the engine builder NF Performance and family/friends that own built engines. I only run Purealator Pureone oil Filters.

This car is being sold with some extras. This is why the asking price is slightly above the KBB suggested price. As well you have the peace of mind knowing that I already fixed the dreaded Subaru Engine Failure problems that arise when you start to modify these cars.

    Engine:
    Manley Pistons 99.75

    PMs replied to.

Washed the exterior, but the interior became a bookmobile for the weekend as I went around collecting tons of books for my companies book drive.
If you want to see pictures of anything specific, just let me know. I keep my cars clean, but hold a higher standard than most, which is why I still want to clean it up a bit.

I think I have my Girlfriend on board with letting the car go to a new home.
It just hit 80k miles on the chassis last week.

Willing to include both sets of wheels for a good offer.

Check out my 2009 obxt? It's got a ton more room than my old 2003 wrx did and rides nicer.

Wheels are XXR 530 with brand new 225/40-18 NITTO NEOGEN NEO GEN 40R R18. This setup has less than 500 miles on them.

I managed to put 7k miles on the car over the last 10 months.. Not sure where you got 7k in 4 months.
5 miles to work and 5 miles back home with occasional trips to the cabin and a few work trips to Eau Claire.

Want to save $$ on this car, bring your own set of wheels and we can work more on the price!

Should be warm enough for a full detail this weekend and some new pictures will follow.

Willing to start swapping parts/returning to stock if someone is interested.. I will state, car is very well setup and just needs a proper strut/spring combo to really complete the handling and look of the car.
