I don't know much about finding the build date. The only thing I just found the certificate of origin. The date on that is March 24 2009. Was delivered to a dealer in SD. I had my dealer in DL do a dealer trade for it because it had the options and color I wanted. I picked it up sometime in mid June of 2009. Lol yes that's crazy low miles. I don't drive much to begin with.. and we have 4 cars with just three of us. Add in the fact that my wife cannot drive a stick and my son just got his license and that makes me pretty much the only driver that's ever touched the car. I don't think the car has been over 40mph more than 2 times all winter. Heading to the holidays on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Going to be removing the down pipe exhaust and accessport prob thursday. So I guess there could be a parts thread soon.
Curious to what your car put down on db's dyno? I have had a previous car dyno'd there and want to compare it to mine (similar mods to you) and you would save me the 75 bucks to find out. You can pm me the results if you would rather. Looks like a well kept car. Good luck with your sale. To anyone who is debating spending a little extra on a 09+, its worth it.
Hmm think if you look up invidia Q300 catback for 2009 WRX hatch it should say what it will fit. It is single exit. DB's dyno doesn't put out nice numbers. Ask them but I think they said 180ish hp off of stock STI. We didn't get a baseline because my parts were already installed. They also do shoot out mode that puts out numbers more like a mustang dyno will put out. So people don't cry lol. Dyno Dynamics 227hp 265tq Shootout mode (mustang dyno) 270hp 314tq
