Alright people, time to get your cars ready for the 1st event in what looks to be a very exciting RallyCross season. This event will consist of plenty of snow, ice, and I'm sure some dirt!:rockwoot:

Special note: Online registration will be up and running within 48 hours from today, 02/11/10.

Treadin Thin Ice
03/07/10

Location:
Cannon Falls (large course)
3830 325th St Cannon Falls, MN 55009

Directions from HWY 52:
Take the Cannon Falls exit and head WEST on HWY 19 for 3.5 miles.
Turn LEFT on 30th AVE and go .5 miles. Turn LEFT on 325th St. and go
approximately .6 miles. The driveway to the event is on the left
hand side. Please park on the left of the driveway. Regardless of
what other internet directions might say, DO NOT TAKE 40th AVE TO

If I ski well this weekend and next, I go to NCAA's for 2 weeks in Colorado and this is right in the middle of those 2 weeks. If I ski slow then I stay here, but there's a tsd saturday and I would like to do that. I could do both, but that would mean driving all of saturday, driving to the cities (6.5 hrs) at night, then rallyx on sunday. Kind of sounds like real rally racing.

The pre-registration deadline is effectively 5:00 pm on Friday before the event. We would REALLY appreciate if you pre-registered but you can register at the event if you need to.

Nope, now there is two of us.

During timed runs, are drivers required to run the course with the front windows rolled down? And what about other rallyx's for the season?

during all runs the drivers window must be closed to within 1". If you have a passenger the passenger window must also be closed to within 1". The exception is if you have window nets

always looking for course workers and people to help set-up the course in the AM. Watching is a great way to learn about the sport. I live in EP so if you want to follow me down in the AM just get a hold of me a couple days before to arrange a meeting time.

Heck yeah! Woo rally-x season opener!

:p

Um, like last year, I'm looking to getting a random slew of co-drivers for this season as I'd like feedback on my car. This also opens up opportunity for some folks who might not want to use their own cars off-road to do some rally-x.

Signed up. I picked car number 77. If anyone wants to co-driver with me pick something like 17 or 71 as the alternative number.

Free to ride with if Tony doesn't wanna co-drive. No offense, but I gotta know your driving habits pretty well before I hand over the keys. I know Tony is a pretty responsible driver and only I'm allowed to screw it up.
