2010 STI Special Edition

I'm looking to sell my aspen white 2010 STI SE. I hate to part ways with her but I'm purchasing a new home and I need the extra money for a down payment. The car currently has 56,000 miles, I'am the second owner. I bought this car last April with 43,000 miles on it. The first owner put on a good amount of Highway miles. I'm currently running a stage 2 set-up on E85 at 21psi. The car has seen 2 winters, all of the mods, including the exhaust and suspension, have seen no winters as I installed everything in March.

Not sure on exact power output, I have a road tune... no Dyno numbers...
