So I'm at a loss for why after parking for several days the battery would be completely drained. The only electrical modification I have had done is a Viper remote starter. It's happened twice - both are times when the car has been sitting in the garage for over 9 days. A friend said that it was probably that it wasn't getting enough of a charge during my daily driving, but I really don't think that's the case. I'm pretty sure I drove the car about 40 minutes last Friday (the 16th) before parking it until now.

Does anyone else have this issue?

possibly a bad connection on the viper install that is drawing power

what he said, there must be something wired slightly incorrectly with the starter. Take it back to where ever you had the starter put in and explain. there is really no reason or excuse for that new of a car to be doing that otherwise.

Or you just have a crap battery. Out of the 3 subaru's I have had, 2 of them have had crap batteries.

I'd be suspect of the remote starter install.

So I brought it back to Best Buy where I had it installed and found out that with the modules needed for the clutch bypass and something else, I'm draining the battery at a rate of 5 times of what is normal. I have the option of pulling 3 fuses when I know I'm going to be parked for more than a week or two. That'll keep the factory alarm engaged, etc. It's annoying, but I don't really need the remote starter activated when it's parked for that long because it's underground anyway. Oh well.

man, sorry to hear that. I've heard about problems with aftermarket remote starters from several people - now I'm hesitant to get one installed. I should probably just install it myself if I really want it done right.

I actually had a similar problem in the saabaru where my battery would drain after a few days. After turbo turtle did some "electrical analysis," we discovered that my crappy amp for my sub had shorted out and was slowly drawing power when the car was off and draining the battery

Was the viper alarm the 5901 model? When I turn off the car, would stay on and the car starter would not work. I just gave up on it and return it but lucky this year wasn't so bad with the snow. On the subaru I had the compustar and work like a charm.
