2012 WRX Sedan WRB - 175k miles, $9000

I really don't want to see her go but we're looking at buying a house. I'm the only owner.

Stage 2+ 2012 WRX, base model sedan, WRB 175k miles. Mostly highway miles. Road tuned by NF on 92.

The good. Lots of mods, and extra parts.

• Grimmspeed black ceramic coated downpipe
• CNT single exit exhaust
• Cobb up-pip
• STI Quick steering rack and hoses
• Clutch Masters FX200 Stage 2 Clutch Kit and oem clutch fork (done at 140k miles)
• Kartboy pitch stop mount
• Grimmspeed Delrin Shift Knob
• Kartboy short shifter and bushings
• Whiteline Front and Rear swaybars with karboy endlinks
• Subaru CM631UD 4.3" Premium Headunit
• Rear camera with auto/off/manual switch
• Subaru Underseat Subwoofer
• Class 1 Trailer Hitch installed in 2019 but never used it

• Tanabe Sustec Front Strut Tower Bar (BNIB) wont clear Verticooler
• Spare OEM flywheel (needs resurfacing)
• Spare Cobb SF Air filter and cleaning/oiling products

The bad. Just noticed a small coolant leak when I changed the engine oil this past weekend.
