20g question

    how much boost would you say an internaly gated 20g can hold safely?

    Boost is relative. You might push 22psi out of a 20g, and may only get 24psi out of a 35r, but the amount of air they flow is worlds apart.

    Actual psi doesn't really matter when comparing different turbos. n00b

    true true!

    I ran 18-19 on pump and 22-24 on race gas when I had a 20G.

    I'm glad someone realizes this. everytime someone asks me about my car and hey know its is turboed... so how much boost you runnin... I don't even want to explain

    25-26 on 110 octane. 22psi on pump.

    Most of the time, depends on the application. Many many people run those and have 0 problems, some have major creep issues like Disco did. Roll the dice!
