Are there a huge difference in power between the 3" and 4" down pipes? Does anybody here have a 4" dp?

All of the TurboXS downpipes are a 4in pipe, so I know both Tom (WallofTVs) and myself do, not sure who else is running one.

Anything you can do to get the hot gases out of the turbo quicker will help. So a 4" will make more power, but there is a certain point were going bigger doesn't help anymore. If you are running almost any of the stock mount turbo's, a 3" will be more than enough. Once you star getting up into the red's and gt52, the 3" might not be the best. On a stock turbo (or any ihi), going from a 3" to a 4" just isn't going to help. the smaller turbo can't move enough air for a 3" pipe to be a restriction.

I have had the txs 4" exhaust since the 2nd build, and it looks like new. I have tuned a couple of cars with the 4" and I have tuned a bunch of cars with the 3", and there really isn't any difference.
