    Nice. I tried to figure out how to do that a few years ago but I couldn't find the right wire too easily. My wife has the auto now, so I probably won't end up doing this, but it's still cool to see how it's done. Thanks for the link.

    I did a simular but completely different thing...

    I hooked the brake fluid level connector to the FWD fuse holder so when I pull up on the parking brake (also turns the BRAKE lamp on) it goes into FWD mode.

    Well when my viscous coupler went out it would barely turn ON DRY PAVEMENT! otherwise it would bind and hop and just be a pita, but if you can turn it on and off, now THAT would rule

    well of course it would bind and do crazy ****e on dry pavement......that's what the center diff/coupler is for :p

    and yes, you can turn it off, otherwise you'd destroy stuff in a hurry


    todd....I like that idea! hmmmm maybe a combination of the 2, pull the ebrake so the rear end is disengaged, then once the slide starts, the center would be locked, making for drifting ownage!
