It doesn't have a brand or model. I haven't actually seen branded MLV before... It is 1/8" thick Vinyl with 1/4" Open Cell Foam backing. The foam backing decouples the MLV from carrying door panel vibrations and the vinyl absorbs noise across the sound frequency spectrum. It also is fairly heavy at 1lb. per sq.ft. so it acts a bit like a vibration dampener as well. Thanks for looking!
A number of companies sell various forms of MLV or lead sheet with various decoupler configurations. I'm curious how much it would be to ship. I'm down in Mankato and am curious if it's cheaper to ship or drive.
A quick Fedex quote shows about $20 to ship it from 55344 to 56001. I'm not sure about the best way to package it off the top of my head, but I could figure something out for you if you would like it shipped. Edit: To answer your question about brand, all I can remember is the original user of this saying he purchased it from a home theater company here in the twin cities as a part of home theater build.
