50hp for $500? is it possible?

i was wondering if it is possible to get 50hp for $500 on a 05 wrx? even more without voidding hte warranty?

i was thinking the cobb ap but, i have heard that will give 40 TOPs. so i was thinking a new catless uppipe and downpipe. that should give a decent amount of power. if paired with the cobb ap it would prbabaly give 50 hp, but thats atleast $800.

any more thoughts?

There is more to the Accessport than just the gain in power. I think the most noticable thing from the reflash is the changes in the engine's character -- it is MUCH smoother, all of the annoying hesitations are eliminated, and the powerband is much more linear.

 

an AP paired with a complete turboback exhaust, and upipe will give you roughly 60-70 hp. it will cost you though, I spent $500 alone on my UP and DP.
