For sale is a 7" Touch-screen i had in my car. It is can be connected via vga and rca. It has 2 inputs so you can use multiple sources. The touch capability uses usb to interface. native rez is 800x480. Only reason im selling is that my car computer got stolen a year ago and never replaced it as i got alot more gauges and have a knock light so i no longer drive around with the data logger as much as i used to and i now have a tablet so im building a custom bracket so i can drop the tablet into the holder play my music and what not then when im done pull it out and go inside and what not rather then unhooking the million wires i had with the car computer. Items that are included that are not pictured at. 1. vga cable 1.usb cable. 1.remote 1.power adapter. Items are still installed in the car as they are harder to remove then the screen is. I'll be curious to see your tablet set up...I've always thought and in-dash ipad would be pretty sweet! (I'm sure its already been done by someone)
Its not really in dash as much as a dash mount. pm me your number and i can txt you some pics of the setup.
I am seriously considering doing a dash mount for a tablet as well. I'd love to see pics and hear how the setup goes.
