    Theres no pics on the ultimate site. Rear main seal...how difficult...or expensive?

    ^ not too expensive of a part. You need to drop the transmission or pull the motor out to put it in though.

    small non-turbo engine....pull it within 30-45 minutes:)

    ER27......not small.....not going to pick it up with 2 guys like an EA82....but still pretty simple

    Picking up an engine is overrated, did this with my long block and well had to have a micro disectomy on my L5, not recommended.

    I'm gonna bump the thread for this gal since I went and looked at it yesterday, thats right, I swear her blood must be rally blue, she has drank the subie kool aid. Shes had the car a couple of years and bought it from the original South Dakota owner. Its very solid, purred nicely. Some sketchy bondo work on right rear quarter, not too bad, minimal rust. Inside is excellant. I did not drive it...but for the price, I dont know how you could go wrong. My 17 yr old, says, "how bout a 94 buick instead"...@#!$%^^%^@#&!!!!!!!

    I'm tempted to buy it, and drive it until the timing belt(s) snaps, and then EG swap it.


    if only it were a 5MT

    It's still available...remember, a crap load of good parts, some new, go with this thing...and 2, count 'em, 2!! Alternators! Everyone needs an extra subie alt lying around!
