I know the GC RS had leather seat options so I believe these are it. Front seats are 5/10 and rear seats are 8/10. They NEED TO BE CLEANED and mink oil will shine them up nicely. Yep the gauges have sensors and hardware. Boost sits at zero and functions properly as it showed my factory psi when I hooked it up to test.
